最近試著在讀國外的網站,一邊練英文,一邊試著打開視野,有一個蘇格蘭圖書信託網站的企畫非常有趣,他有一個每周書寫的小活動,每一個星期,都會由作家列出三個寫作題目讓人練習寫作,雖然我英文很破,但因為有萬能的GOOGLE大神(先自己想辦法讀一遍再用GOOGLE大神翻譯,會比較有成就感,不過我只要超過三段就會馬上有強大挫敗感產生XD 所以這個讀道第二篇還勉強可以,第三段我就死目了XD )

 

本周原文:

 

1. Put your pen on the page and write for ten minutes. Write anything and don't be tempted to edit. Try not to remove the pen from the page during this time.

2. We are gradually entering a new season: Spring. Go on a walk and write down anything you see, hear or smell that is unique to this time of year e.g budding trees, daffodils, crocuses. Write a poem using the words you've noted down.

3. Have a go at writing a Dramatic Monologue. A Dramatic Monologue is a speech in which the character expresses their thoughts, emotions, actions and motives. It is also addressed to an audience of one or more. We know there is an audience from what the character says, however, the audience themselves remain silent.
Here is an example of a Dramatic Monologue by Robert Browning, entitled Porphyria's Lover.

2.五感練習:我們即將進入春天的氣候,請試著書寫你所看到、聽到、聞到的春天,剛萌芽如樹木、水仙、番紅花之類,試著寫一首詩或是你記下的話語。

3.戲劇獨白:試著一展身手,為一個角色寫戲劇獨白,戲劇獨白是用一種明確的字眼去表達角色的思想,情感,行為和動機的談話(我們也知道觀眾應該會回答甚麼,但觀眾是保持沉默的狀態)
